1. Find a comfortable place to work with your materials. It could be a cozy corner of your home or on a blanket at the beach or anywhere that feels good to you.
  2. Include soft music or lowered lighting if you think it could help you to focus.
  3. Place your mandala printout (like the one below) onto a hard surface like a drawing board or hardcover of a book or table.
  4. Keep your pencils, crayons, markers within reach and start colouring.
